All of our products are made to order through our trusted print partner, Printify. This means your item is printed especially for you once your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped.

During busy periods, such as holidays or major sales events, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different Printify print providers or fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We'll work with Printify to investigate and arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution where eligible.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or periods of high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
